Ingredients :
Each Tablet Contains: Niacin 100 mg, Vitamin B-6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) 50 mg
Other Ingredients :
DiCalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Rice Bran Extract, Rice Extract
Contraindications :
Doses above 250 mg/day of B-6 are generally not recommended, as they may cause neuropathy symptoms. Large doses of niacin can cause flushing. The naturally occurring Niacin flush can cause the upper extremities, face, neck and ears to become red and itch. This is a natural reaction, as Niacin is a vasodilator. Taken with cold milk or a banana can lessen the flush.
