Ingredients :
Each 2 Tablets Contain: Magnesium (as malate, citrate, glycinate) 300 mg. Proprietary blend: 85 mg* of: Caprylic Acid (mct-medium chain triglycerides), Inulin, L-Taurine, Coconut Fiber.
Other Ingredients :
Vegetable Stearine, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Silicate, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Stearic Acid.
Contraindications :
Excess magnesium (everyone’s bowel tolerance will be different) can cause diarrhea and cramping. Most people tolerate up to 1,000 mg with no GI side effects. Kidney Failure (from p. 240 of The Magnesium Miracle by Carolyn Dean, MD. Dr. Dean says magnesium supplementation in kidney disease is fine, but it is contraindicated in kidney failure.) and myasthenia gravis.
