Each Tablet Contains: Thiamine (as hydrochloride) 7 mg, Riboflavin 5 mg, Niacin 5 mg, Vitamin B-6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) 10 mg, Pantothenic Acid (as calcium pantothenate) 5 mg, Magnesium (as citrate) 12 mg, Zinc (as chelate) 3 mg, Selenium (as chelate) 5 mcg, Manganese (as chelate) 1 mg, Molybdenum (as chelate) 25 mcg. Proprietary blend 130 mg* of: Alpha Lipoic Acid, Betaine (as hydrochloride), Riboflavin-5-Phosphate, Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate.

Microcrystalline Cellulose, Silicate, Vegetable Stearine, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Stearic Acid.
Contraindications :
Alpha lipoid acid, in high amounts (>600 mg) can have anti-platelet activity and should be used with caution when on blood thinners.
