Ingredients :
Each Tablet Contains: Proprietary blend 640 mg* of: Kava Kava (root)(30% kavalactones), Valerian (root)(0.8% valerenic acid), Passion Flower (4% flavonoid), Inositol, L-Theanine, GABA (gamma aminobutyric acid), St. Johns Wort (herb)(0.3% hypericin), Lecithin (sunflower).
Other Ingredients :
Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vegetable Stearine, Rice Bran Extract, Rice Extract
Contraindications :
The ingredients in this formula have a good safety profile. Use caution when used concomitantly with other drugs, especially benzodiazepines, and CNS depressants as they sometimes affect similar biochemical pathways, and statins/acetaminophen which lower liver function. Possible interaction with goldenseal supplements. St. John’s Wort can interact (usually slow the metabolism of) some drugs. Consult with your practitioner if in doubt.
