Each Tablet Contains: Calcium (as aspartate) 30 mg, Magnesium (as aspartate) 100 mg, Zinc (as aspartate) 3 mg, Selenium (as chelate) 25 mcg, Manganese (as aspartate) 3 mg, Chromium (as aspartate) 10 mcg, Molybdenum (as chelate) 10 mcg, Potassium (as aspartate) 95 mg.

Contraindications :
Some people experience diarrhea at doses of magnesium > 1,000 mg/day. Chronic large doses could possibly upset the mineral balance, especially calcium.
